A325 Tension Control Bolts

Heat-treated A325 tension control bolts are a heavy-duty bolt-nut-washer assembly used in steel-to-steel construction. These A325 bolts are not designed to be driven. The end of the shank has a spline, when engaged by an electric power wrench, it prevents the bolt from turning while the nut is tightened. The spline breaks off, showing that the bolt has been properly installed. These tension bolts come in a black oxide finish, which is corrosion resistant in dry environments.
